Please note that all payments made to Esperanza Health Care Services are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all our services, including but not limited to mental health consultations, diet and nutrition plans, virtual physiotherapy sessions, and the purchase of any products such as the Carpe Diem journal.

We understand that situations may arise that necessitate changes to your scheduled appointments or services. In such cases, we encourage you to reschedule your session , provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be coordinated directly with our support team.
